We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a beautiful stream running nearby. We also enjoyed being opposite the slope, which gave us easy access to skiing. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a playground for children and a cozy fireplace. Parking was a breeze, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place. The staff was incredibly friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

The sight of the mountain stream flowing through the delightful narrow valley added to the charm. Being surrounded by beautiful nature made it a truly peaceful and relaxing experience. The service here was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. The staff was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I also appreciated the shuttle service provided, which made getting around convenient. Additionally, the hotel offers ski pass vendor services and ski equipment hire, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts like myself. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and made me feel immediately welcome. the quality of service here was exceptional.

Nestled in a breathtaking valley engulfed with snowy mountains, this hotel boasts an idyllic location by a flowing stream. the staff is attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. the rooms are immaculate, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with all the amenities. the breakfast is sumptuous with a variety of options to choose from. Unwind in the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, or enjoy a game of squash.

What a wonderful Xmas getaway! the chalet was super cozy and we felt right at home. We loved the traditional Slovakian decor and the fact that everything was clean and tidy. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Plus, the food was amazing! We especially loved the traditional Slovakian dishes with a modern twist. the location was perfect for skiing and exploring the beautiful Tatra Mountains. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna after a long day of activities.

The heating wasn't working properly in our chalet, which made it a bit chilly at times. the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room.
